Post #1: Why I Read

There are many reasons as to why I enjoy reading. Reading allows my mind to escape from reality. When you get into a good book an enjoy it you feel like you are a character in the book, all your worries are released. Reading gives you adventures that you would never be able to achieve in the real world. There a many stores published that you would never be able to see on the TV or hear on the radio. It also gives you a chance, opportunity to see situations from a different point of view you would never imagined. I also like to read because I believe it improves my imagination. For example when you read Harry Potter and feel like a completely different world, it gives you something new to think and imagine about. Reading is also used to help teach an inform us about historical events and much more many people are not familiar with. Reading books also allow you for something to talk about. When you read a good book and feel attached to it you want to tell everyone about it. There are many reasons as to why someone reads.

Above is a picture of the Harry Potter series. I think the Harry Potter books open up ones imagination to something new and never imagined before. A really well detailed and interesting book is another reason as to why someone reads.
